Thanks to some, um, crafty camera work, we have our first glimpse at the Renault R-space concept debut at next month's Geneva Motor Show. Renault has been suspiciously quiet about what we can expect from the model after the sheets get yanked back, but according to CarAdvice, concept rides on the same platform as the Megane. This may mean the French automaker is planning to release a production version of its bound to Switzerland, and if true, buyers can find hatchback 1.6 litre turbo diesel under the hood churning about 161 HP
Judging by the quick clip, seem concept will be some fittingly outrageous design cues, including glass which works its way through the roof of the vehicle and several LED highlights nestled down low in the front fascia. These wild rocker panels help give R-space concept the appearance of much higher ride height, and the hip bend gives a hint of crossover for the whole shebang. Hit the jump to check out the video for yourself.
